I have signed an account at TeamLaw.org Forum. My first post is titled Uncommonly Common Communitarianism. Will they discuss Communitarianism? Here is my first post:
__
I have just begun studying the information on this site, but I have noticed comments about the spiritual aspects of the Constitution of the United States of America. I have read some of the myths including Myth 22 which deals with our history since the Civil War and how our constitution has simply been set aside and replaced by a look alike counterfeit. I say its a counterfeit (even though legal) because it masquerades as the genuine article.
I am of the opinion that that Constitution of the United States of America was constructed by members of Freemasonry, and as such they were fully aware of Sir Francis Bacon the (quote)"occultist who was leader of the Rosicrucians and the first Grand Master of modern Freemasonry. Bacon, together with John Dee (1527-1608), was a high initiate in the Ancient Mysteries and a Rosicrucian leader and so at the helm of the Secret Societies in England. Bacon was informed by his guiding spirits that the kingdom that would produce the coming "Masonic Messiah," (the "Masonic Christ" who will lead the world into a new era they called the "Ancient Order of the Ages") would be an English speaking nation but not Great Britain. Rather, it would be a great nation that would arise out of the New World colonies and Queen Elizabeth and her counsellors must perforce do everything in their power to bring this nation to birth. And this is what they did: Elizabeth and her counsellors prepared a plan of action whereby an English speaking nation would arise from the New World colonies that would eventually take leadership of the monumental, age-old movement for World Empire based upon an "ancient hope" they called the "Ancient Order of the Ages."" (unquote)- Ian Welsh
Bacon's vision was updated in the same manner by Alice A. Bailey as outlined in her letters addressed to "Masters of the ancient wisdom" from 1919 until her death in 1949. Those letters were later combined in book form titled Externalization of the Hierarchy. This book speaks of preparing the world for the "Reappearance of the Christ" which is also the title of one of her numerous books. "Destiny of Nations" is another title.
The
United Nations, representing the member nations in combination with its peripheral NGO's, provides the legal framework for carrying out the activities necessary to the realization of the respective 'visions' of Bacon and Bailey. Bacon's vision addressed the secular aspects of world government now represented by the Anglo-American world power along with its image the United Nations, leading to the New World Order. Bailey on the other hand addressed the spiritual aspects of world government currently being advocated by the New Age Movement which can easily be proven by a quick search on the keywords - ["New Age", "World Servers", "United Nations"].
Since the 1992 Rio Summit, the primary UN objective is outlined in "U.N. Agenda 21", which establishes guidelines for its member states and organizations to follow. A careful study will lead the student to the conclusion that it is being implemented globally under a body of Law called Communitarianism. In the early 1990's sociologist Amitai Etzioni (whose mentor was Martin Buber) along with other American social scientists popularized the term Communitarianism which is hostile to the philosophies of liberalism and libertarianism, and in fact formalizes the philosophies of the Third Way as a new system of Law which has indeed supplanted constitutional law in every UN member nation, and by which Agenda 21 rules and regulations are implemented and enforced locally. I believe it even supersedes the United States Constitution as well.
Alvin Toffler, in his book Future Shock (1970), wrote: "In the three short decades between now and the twenty-first century, millions of ordinary, psychologically normal people will face an abrupt collision with the future...". In his later book "The Third Wave", Toffler describes three types of societies, based on the concept of 'waves' - each wave pushes the older societies and cultures aside. He identified the Third Wave as the post-industrial society as we can vividly see it now taking shape as the Information Society. Toffler seems to be describing the superficial principle of cause and effect rather than disclosing a secret plan or conspiracy.
Marilyn Ferguson was the first to use the term Third Way in the context employed by the Communitarians. In 1980, she set forth in The Aquarian Conspiracy a "common ground/consensus" model where the Far Left and the Far Right can compromise and reach agreement on individual issues. In a chapter titled "The Power of the Radical Center," Ms. Ferguson asserts that Truth is arrived at via consensus, whereas extremes on any issue are merely half-truths: "The political perspective of the Aquarian Conspiracy is best described as a kind of Radical Center. Its not neutral, not middle-of-the-road, but a view of the whole road." Webster's New Universal Unabridged Dictionary defines the Hegelian Dialectic in terms of equally assertable propositions that are reconciled by embracing a third proposition which is a "higher truth" - "Hegelian Dialectic, Hegelianism. An interpretive method, originally used to relate specific entities or events to the absolute idea, in which some assertable proposition (thesis) is necessarily opposed by an equally assertable and apparently contradictory proposition (antithesis), the mutual contradiction being reconciled on a higher level of truth by a third proposition (synthesis)."
David Krus defines a "Dialectic Tetrad" showing that the synthesis is followed by what he calls the Transcendence, which means of course, exceeding usual limits; extending or lying beyond the limits of ordinary experience. For these and other reasons, and in view of the implied magnitude and ancient basis of the underlying problem, I wonder if saving the U.S. Republic is possible or even advisable? I don't pretend to have a definitive answer to that question, but I'm certain that the right answer will come only after we have considered the environment within which the Constitution of the United States of America was framed, and by which it was subverted, along with the underlying causes.

Bobby Garner:
Your original post was significantly longer and it delved into an interesting point of view regarding Freemasonry, its intentions and the outcomes proposed from their continuing efforts along with those that have molded that path for our country from the beginning. Regardless of our opinion regarding such matters, they remain hypothetical offerings we have heard before that have nothing to do with our work to save our nation, our rights, our Liberty, our property and effectively if not literally our lives. We have heard all of the conspiracy theories, some even factually based. Still, none of that has any effect on what we must do to save our country.
The reason such ideologies exist is people are ignorant of the law, its language and history. Thus, the remedy is simply help the people learn the same from their own experience and then accordingly put the law to work.
If we had not edited a single word of your post, this would not change. We can do absolutely nothing about such conspiracy theories; even if they were true. Such things have no effect on the tools available to us to save our nation, our rights, our Liberty, our property and effectively if not literally our lives. The tools available to us in this battle are:
- Spiritual Weapons: Get our lives in order with God such that we are worthy of His help (with God on our side we cannot lose). Therefore, we must:
- Acknowledge our errors and omissions (sins etc.);
- Repent; and,
- Get back to work (at least doing all we can to learn and apply the law).
- Physical Weapons: Our History and our Law are our Physical Weapons. In order to use them we must
- Learn the Law
- Apply the law.
These tools will not change regardless of any other matter and regardless of what happens next. In fact, the worse things get the easier it will be to get the people to awaken to the truth. On the onset, this is a personal battle against ignorance, both spiritual and physical. Thus, this battle is fought by helping the individual people awaken, as quickly and quietly as we can.
In the past, we have not addressed the matter of the allegations such as you raised against our Constitutional Republic as it was organized. Now, we say this, we believe that regardless what was in the hearts of the individual men who took part in drafting and putting forth the Constitution of the United States of America, we believe it was inspired by God and those men acted in accord with that guidance. We have studied virtually all of the government systems historically available to us since the dawn of recorded history and we have never seen anything like our Constitution and the Republic it formed for preserving the rights of the people, if they would just learn how to use it and stand for nothing less. The same goes for the individual State constitutions that followed it, they were inspired of God. WE would do well to learn how to preserve those laws as the control of the corporate business entities people now contract with thinking of them as their governments.
To the end of awakening the people to the necessity of learning the law and applying it Team Law was formed. If we continue on that path, we will be successful. In fact not only is it the only way, it is the only way we have seen anyone offer with any hope of resolution.
We welcome your support to that end.

This post was deleted by Admin, so I removed it here pending further study.
In this post I listed some of the associations between various levels of government. They were:
The parent organization, National Association of Development Organizations.
The NADO member organizations include:
Find all 22 National Associations.
The private message explaining the post deletion contained this statement:
The deleted post demonstrated that you have no idea what our support of the original jurisdiction State elections is all about and slanderously alleged that the original jurisdiction government has something to do with the list of organizations you provided.

I apologize for implicating the Original Jurisdiction State governors in my comments concerning the nefarious deeds of the Corp. governors occupying the State houses. The confusion came from my frustrated attempts to locate a list of names of the Original Jurisdiction governors. Even a site search returned only comments such as "We already have original jurisdiction Governors seated in 37 States". I saw several references to the Governor's Corner page, and I looked at it numerous times. Okay, so I'm a little slow (I was looking for a list), but I finally clicked on some states and found some names. However, unless I write them down one by one and make my own list, I have no easy reference to those 37 States and the names of their governors. Maybe there is a reason for that obscurity?
Team Law bases its position on the fact that the Corp. governments have no constitutional authority and that their allegiance is to the corporation rather than the people. On this there is no disagreement. In my previous post which was deleted, I showed that the Corp. governors do their most onerous deeds through various associations rather than through the official function of their offices. In the private communication concerning the deletion of that post, you wrote that I "slanderously alleged that the original jurisdiction government has something to do with the list of organizations" which I provided.
I want to be clear that my comments concerning the original jurisdiction governors was a case of mistaken identity. However, I made no mistake in the purpose and function of the National Governors Association as well as the many dozens of similar associations of other Corp. federal, state and local executives, all of which are formed under the National Association of Development Organizations.
I am very puzzled by the fact that the activities of these associations is recognized as being so bad that attributing them (mistakenly as I did) to the original jurisdiction governors is considered "slanderous", and yet in your previous post you refer to my descriptions of the activities of these associations as "conspiracy theories". You wrote: "We can do absolutely nothing about such conspiracy theories; even if they were true."
Why does Teamlaw not want any discussion of how the corporate states work through Public Private Partnerships otherwise known collectively as the National Association of Development Organizations, where they write, adopt, promote and enforce the body of Communitarian Law which regulates our lives? Why is this called "conspiracy theories"? How does knowledge of these activities hinder Teamlaw's efforts to seat an original jurisdiction government?

Bobby Garner:
Thank you and no apology is necessary.
We appreciate the fact that much of what Team Law has shared is new to people and we hope our work inspires in you a desire to study and learn the truth about our history, our laws and our government. Though we all have to work together doing our own part to make such knowledge a part of us, in the end we all must do all we can to legally and lawfully restore and preserve our Constitutional Republic.
We hope this information is helpful to you.
