Outlining the Peak Oil Plan

by Bobby Garner
October 24, 2007

The Energy Watch Group released a german university study group report on the supply outlook for crude oil on October 21, 2007. The executive summary of the report states:

"The main purpose of this paper is to project the future availability of crude oil up to 2030. Since crude oil is the most important energy carrier at a global scale and since all kinds of transport rely heavily on oil, the future availability of crude oil is of paramount interest. At present, widely diverging projections exist in parallel which would require completely different actions by politics, business and individuals.

The scope of these projections is similar to that of the World Energy Outlook by the International Energy Agency (IEA). However, no assumptions or projections regarding the oil price are made.

In this paper a scenario for the possible global oil supply is derived by aggregating projections for ten world regions.

It goes on to say "...the scenario results presented in this paper are very different to the scenarios presented by the IEA in their periodic editions of the World Energy Outlook (WEO) where continuing growth of oil supply and as a consequence a continuation of business as usual for decades to come is deemed possible."

The key finding of the report states:

“Peak oil is now”.
For quite some time, a hot debate is going on regarding peak oil. Institutions close to the energy industry, like CERA, are engaging in a campaign trying to “debunk” the “peak oil theory”. This paper is one of many by authors inside and outside ASPO (the Organisation for the Study of Peak Oil) showing that peak oil is anything but a “theory”, it is real and we are witnessing it already.

According to the scenario projections in this study, the peak of world oil production was in 2006.

A comment from the spokesman for the British Department of Business and Enterprise provides clues to understanding this report which decidedly favors the peak oil theory advanced by ASPO (the Organisation for the Study of Peak Oil). According to the Guardian Unlimited, he said: "Over the next few years global oil production and refining capacity is expected to increase faster than demand. The world's oil resources are sufficient to sustain economic growth for the foreseeable future. The challenge will be to bring these resources to market in a way that ensures sustainable, timely, reliable and affordable supplies of energy."

Hans-Josef Fell, EWG's founder and the German MP behind the country's successful support system for renewable energy, said: "The world soon will not be able to produce all the oil it needs as demand is rising while supply is falling. This is a huge problem for the world economy".

International Oil Daily summarizes: "Peak oil production was reached in 2006 and governments are in denial about it, according to a new global oil supply report released this week. The Energy Watch Group (EWG) says oil production will now start to decline at a rate of 3% per year, and other fossil, nuclear or alternative energies cannot fill the supply gap."

Through a careful study of the study and news reports about the study, the sagacious reader is able to discern that the peak oil prophecies, regardless of their source, are of the self fulfilling variety. To the degree to which Peak Oil is real, it is the product of a Plan to reduce oil production through a coordinated reduction of demand. Demand has already been reduced through exorbitant prices as reflected by recent hugh oil company profits, and will be reduced further due to the development of alternate energy sources. In fact it is easily observable in the corelation of skyrocketing oil prices and the 2006 decline in production as documented in this report.

This report is simply documenting the effect of escalating oil prices whatever the cause.

The obfuscation of terms is the central feature of this report and the general analysis of it. Production and supply are obviously two very different things. The report itself claims to be "addressed to investigate future energy supply and demand patterns". Yet reporters and analysts state for example, "Peak Oil Has Arrived, EWG Says in New Global Supply Report".

Whether this is evidence of a lack of reading ability due to dumbed down education where college intrants have to be given remedial reading, is irrelevant because that too is an important component of The Plan where all parts work together even if there is no observable connection between them.

The report states: "production has now practically reached a plateau... despite historically high oil prices". It could just as well be argued that "historically high" prices, rather than being an enticement to increase production, are actually the expected consequence of cuts in production. The precedent for this argument is provided by the 1973 so-called oil embargo. In 1973, the US imported one million barrels a day from the middle east. About one-third of its import total, and only 6 per cent of its consumption. Middle east imports by the US were cut by 5% per month, initially 50,000 barrels. Yet gasoline prices at US pumps went from about $0.29 to near $1.00 per gallon within a few short months as a consequence. During the same period, increases in the price demanded by oil producers would increase their revenues by 70%. What domestic oil producers never admitted is that they supported the OPEC cuts by adjusting their own prices upward as they were capping productive wells and cutting their own production.

Every part of this 101 page report is designed to promote the Peak Oil scenario. All other available data is admittedly ignored. "The analysis in this paper does not primarily rely on reserve data which are difficult to assess and to verify... Rather the analysis is based primarily on production data which can be observed more easily and are also more reliable." More reliable because production data is easily controlled by oil company's regulation of the flow of crude oil and their price demands.

Another gross omission is the state of Russian oil production. All data pertaining to Russian oil exploration and production appears to be taken from western sources. Russia is listed among "Transition Economies" in blind ignorance of the fact that Russia has paid off the entirety of the former Soviet Union debt to the international bankers and is emerging as a lending economy.

Another fact which western geologists love to scoff at is Russia's abiotic oil technology. People may believe what they wish to believe, but the truth is that Russia has developed the processes and have in fact sunk the wells to the necessary depths and have been taking the money to the bank in truck loads. Even to the point to where they have retired every cent of the old Soviet debt as well as their own, and now have billions ready to loan at interest in direct competition with the World Bank.

And that is the real reason for the negative propaganda we are being fed about Russia through the communitarian "Public Journalism" channels.

The "energy crisis" in its entirety, form the artificially low production, and exorbitant prices to the supposed "End of oil" agitation is consistent with, and indeed is, a product of the communitarian UN Agenda 21 Sustainable Development program.

While western geologist' sneer and ridicule abiotic oil, Russia is laughing all the way to the bank

"The essence of the modern Russian-Ukrainian theory of deep, abiotic petroleum origins.
The modern Russian-Ukrainian theory of deep, abiotic petroleum origins is an extensive body of scientific knowledge which covers the subjects of the chemical genesis of the hydrocarbon molecules which comprise natural petroleum, the physical processes which occasion their terrestrial concentration, the dynamical processes of the movement of that material into geological reservoirs of petroleum, and the location and economic production of petroleum." - An introduction to the modern petroleum science, and to the Russian-Ukrainian theory of deep, abiotic petroleum origins.

"In light of the extensive literature of modern Russian petroleum science, questions inevitably arise among persons reading of it for the first time: Why has there been nothing published on this body of knowledge in the English-language (or American) journals which purportedly deal with matters involving petroleum ? Why have there never been Russian or Ukrainian petroleum scientists invited to address a meeting of, e.g., the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (A.A.P.G.) ? Why has there not been appointed to the faculty of a single department of Earth sciences, at any university in the U.S.A., a petroleum scientist competent to teach modern petroleum science ? In short, why have persons in the U.S.A. never heard of this body of knowledge?" - Gas Resources Corporation

The likely reason is that it fails to satisfy the peak oil scnario, and thats why it wasn't mentioned in the Energy Watch Group Report.

Peak oil is not a supply problem. Peak oil is not a political problem. Peak oil is not an economic problem. Although it will and does create all of the above and more, Peak oil is an "outworking" of a larger PLAN which was channeled by Alice A. Bailey to the "Masters" of freemasonry and disseminated to the lower echelons where individuals see themselves as self-appointed "World Servers" of "The Plan" to prepare the world for the "Reappearance of the Christ". — See Organization Chart of the Global Power Structure
